Abstract: Agricultural economy is largely based upon crop productivity and rainfall. For analyzing the crop productivity, rainfall prediction is require and necessary to all farmers. Rainfall Prediction is the application of science and technology to predict the state of the atmosphere. It is important to exactly determine the rainfall for effective use of water resources, crop productivity and pre planning of water structures. Data mining might be used to make precise predictions for rainfalls. Most widely used techniques for rainfall is clustering, artificial neural networks, linear regression etc. In this article multiple linear regressions used for predicting rainfall in Bangladesh.

Abstract: The refraction and apparent reflection of HF radio waves by the ionosphere enables long range HF radio communications. The ionosphere is a distinctly irregular medium that is mostly driven by solar activity. Ionospheric models are useful in the prediction of ionospheric behaviour and in the provision of data required for the analysis and forecasting of ionospheric propagation. This paper provides a compact review of HF radio propagation prediction techniques and approaches for HF communications. The paper also highlights the numerous approaches have been used to date in an attempt to estimate F2 usable frequencies. The review presented in this paper is inspired by the most recent advances in the field of ionospheric prediction and modelling.

Abstract: Psychologists of a number of the American universities, including Harvard and Yale, showed that creative thinking depends on the functional connectivity of three different networks of a brain. We classify them as network feeling – knowledge, network of imitative thinking and behavioural network. Technological thinking, communication and behavior of androids can be realized by means of hierarchically coherent associative and communicative networks. The hierarchy is under construction of intrinsic network of language thinking of the highest level and associative and communicative networks of the lowest level: imitative thinking and behavior. The intrinsic network of language thinking of the highest level is the recursion neuronet with a reinforcement and cells of memory. The intrinsic network of language thinking realizes technological thinking and communication of the android and initiates work of associative and communicative networks of the lowest level: imitative thinking and behavior. Associative and communicative the network of imitative thinking realizes the formalized actions [1]. Associative and communicative the network of behavior adapts and will organize physical operations of the robot [2]. Adaptation of behavior is defined by the current parameters of semantic network of physical operations of the robot.

Abstract: The main objective of any communication system is to transmit data with minimum error rate in data communication. This paper presents information encryption and decryption in data communication with Shannon fano compression techniques using Residue Number System (RNS). The current network communication system involves exchange of information with highly secured data and reduction in both the space requirement and speed for data storage and transmission. For this purpose error detection and correction techniques are used, Our proposed scheme uses the Chinese Remainder Theorem (CRT) which are smaller and needs to be performed in parallel, therefore from the first decoding we can easily identify if error is in a channel. The algorithm applies CRT to detect, locate and correct error by eliminating look up table, therefore the scheme provides a memory less based scheme. It uses a pipelining approach to breakdown the problem with a level of complexity O(n) after decoding and performing consistent checks on all the residue, therefore the overall delay will be lesser and efficient.
