Abstract: Artificial intelligence is a revolutionary technology that is designed to transform the life of the world community: to optimize business processes, to provide valuable information, to increase creative service to citizens. Both technological and cultural changes are required to realize the maximum capabilities of artificial intelligence. It needs to be implemented in all components of the business, and all departments and employees need to be given the opportunity to integrate artificial intelligence into their daily tasks. Such a fundamental change in corporate culture should begin with the leadership of the organization. This requires investment not only in technical infrastructure, but also in training staff so that all employees can derive the maximum possible benefits from artificial intelligence. In addition to changing culture, new generation technologies, such as a neural processor, are needed to develop artificial intelligence, which will allow the use of machine learning to obtain useful analytical information from data. Neural processors are able to fundamentally transform different industries through the application of artificial intelligence. This will allow firms to increase the creativity of their services. The importance of integrating artificial intelligence into the infrastructure of the future has already been recognized. The Government AI Readiness Index has been created, which reflects the readiness of Governments to support the development of artificial intelligence technology. The article discusses the main aspects of the formation of creative life-saving strong artificial intelligence.

Abstract: To compensate the decrease in its revenue, most telecom operators have adopted similar strategy which is to provide faster Internet with low cost to its customers. Studies suggested that providing faster Internet with low cost can be achieved by reducing the cost of building next-generation access network. Among the various technologies introduced for next-generation access, long-reach optical access LROA is considered the largest candidate. This is due to the anticipated cost effectiveness of this technology. In LROA, more users can be supported over a common optical component (e.g., a transmitter, a fiber, or probably both), i.e., small number of entities is employed in the access network for service provisioning, which is considered as an improvement in the cost-sharing concept. Our objective in this paper is to verify the cost-effectiveness of this technology. To this end, a statistical-based cost comparison was conducted. The comparison was between the currently deployed passive optical networks (PONs), i.e., the Broad band PON (B-PON [G. 983]), the Ethernet PON (E-PON [IEEE802.3ah]), and the gigabit PON (G-PON [ITU-T G. 984]) and one of the LROA architectures proposed in the literature. The comparison process confirmed that the LROA requires less cost and cost per subscriber as compared with the currently deployed PONs.

Abstract: With the advancement of technology things are becoming Simpler and easier in every aspect of life. Automation is the use of control systems and information technologies to reduce the need for human work. Security is an essential part of our life at this crucial moment, the problems of security in our home, industry, banks, schools, hotels and even offices cannot be tackle manually. The main aim of this research work is to design and implement an intelligent and reliable security system using Passive Infrared (PIR) and Global System for mobile communication (GSM) Module embedded on Arduino Uno board. C programme is uploaded on the board using Arduino IDE. The system have surveillance over the movement of people around the house premises 7m to approach the door the security system send an SMS to a GSM phone (HTC) numbers included in the C programming codes.
